As the morning breaks, the sun begins to shine through, this is our time, our time of stillness to give thanks for what has gone before and welcome in what is to come. It is in these moments between the sleeping and waking state we find our stillness and our path. We do not long for what is not ours, we do not wish for more, the bliss we find is within.

Traditional Yoga calls to us to start and end the day with a Yogic practice in the many forms that are gifted to us, whether that be in Meditation, Asana, Selfless Service or the simple and beautiful practice of waking up and giving thanks.  

I would love to share with you this journey on the yogic path and join together in a steady pace of Asana, Pranayama, meditative movement and Yoga Nidra.
